Syntax error while logging in
« on: September 12, 2020, 06:56:00 PM »
Good evening. I am using AMPP on localhost to test the VAM system. Everything I did was by the manual that came with the download.

Here is the error:
There was an error running the query [You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ',salary_hour,image_url from ranks where rank_id=1' at line 1]

Here is the database.php:
<?php
class DATABASE_CONFIG {

   public $default = array(
      'datasource' => 'Database/Mysql',
      'persistent' => false,
      'host' => 'localhost',
      'login' => 'vam100',
      'password' => '123456',
      'database' => 'macaw',
      'encoding' => 'utf8'
   );
}

And here is the db_login.php
<?php
   /**

?>
<?php
   $db_host = 'localhost';
   $db_username = 'vam100';
   $db_password = '123456';
   $db_database = 'macaw';

?>

Could someone assist. I cannot find the error in the syntax?

Kind regards,
Dmitri
