I did a search first, but couldn’t see any mention.

Is there any plans for MSFS2020 to be able to connect to SIMACARS?

SimAcars only works with FSUIPC, some users have already reported that SIMACARS also works in MFS2020. FSUIPC V7 is required for this.

Some Data have "normal Offset" some planes, same problem as with P3D.

But over all, is works normal with FSUIPC V7 and MSFS 2020.
