Your user name in DDBB have caps "W"?

For example, mi user name is all in lowercase.

Hi wrford63

Did you change all data in db_login.php

<?php
   $db_host = 'db_hosting'; --> this is that your provider db server, do you have localhost?
   $db_database = 'db_name';
   $db_username = 'db_user_admin';
   $db_password = '***';
?>

<?php
   $db_host = 'db_hosting'; --> this is that your provider db server, do you have localhost? Change this for the address of GoDaddy db_server
   $db_database = 'db_name';
   $db_username = 'db_user_admin';
   $db_password = '***';
?>
