Hello, we have the solution.
It turns out that, through regulations, some Web service providers have changed their Web access permissions and that is why these errors occur.
Solution: Ask them to change the level of security at the server level (Mod_security), which is responsible for blocking some of the requests made on your site. By changing this permission, the system works correctly again.

Thank You Claudenir, it works for me either! I call to Hostgator support and they fixed this to my host.

im using one.com and they worte me that "Mod_security" is not blocked...

any ideas?

I'm pretty sure this is a problem with HTTPS, it still uses an old standard TLS 1.0 which is no longer supported by most providers.
Here changes must be made directly to the Acars, or for the connection to the HP (ACARS) without SSL encryption, so over http.
