VAM in combination with FSEconomy
« on: January 14, 2018, 04:38:49 PM »
Hi, I running a small company on FSEconomy. But I plan to combinate my career in FSEconomy with the VAM-system.
Is there any chance for futures between FSE & VAM. I know FSE has some XML & CSV -data feed urls.
Can that be a jump in the right direction to combinate both stunning stuff?

Nb, thanks & congrats for this awesome va-system. Looks really stunning to use.
For the moment really hard busy with a test page for our main-va, and next job will be my own small division-company.

Kind Regards,
Timo

Some examples:
- The FSE data-feed based on airport icao send data by airport-assignments towards my mysql database. To the same place where VAM read their schedules.
On that way our VAM -system will have a dynamic job board. Can be with random jobs, and/or filtered facilities or FBO-jobs.
- In FSE I renting gates on some airports, and can controlling my wanted distinations direct by FSE/Facilities. And VAM taking automatic that random jobs over to the schedules.
- The only communication between FSE & VAM is the one-direction-feed of jobs/schedules/routes towards VAM. There is no need to get other data-traffic between both for this option.

But if there are also other futures possible, let me know. I don't have that hard knowledge to fix it, but maybe other persons over here, or the VAM-developer has some options in mind?

Hi, one of the nice facts along the career you can build up on FSEconomy is that it create random assignments, inclusive pay, dep/arr, kind/type of job, and the expires-time. If wou could connect VAM with that data would it be really awesome. The data in the picture is also available by live FSEconomy data-feed, along XML & CSV-data.

See all the data-feeds available that can be used to connect with VAM, that can send FSEconomy data towards VAM. Those data is available in XML and CSV.
There is also more data available by FSEconomy on request for if you get a really good reason why you want to have the extra rights.
I give as example the data based on XML. Every FSEconomy member has access to this data, based on his career, and/or the career of his company/group (va) by unique member/group-key.

XML Only Feeds:

Would be awesome if we can inject those random assignments into VAM and send the economic/financial data towards VAM.
I have not that huge knowledge of mysql ect, but if we can read those FSEconomy-data live into mysql, can we probably inject that data also in the VAM-databases.

Kind regards,
TimoDD

Our company left FSEconomy after rough support by FSEconomy.
We are now fully operational by 'Fly the World' (FTW), a brandnew successor for FSE, that's constantly further in development/update/expantion. More and better features. And best of all, an awesome kind and helpfull support.
I made my own new website, but without any live data at this moment.
FTW has multiple CSV-sourses available. Along that way could VAM probably get a data source to use, just like with FSE.
