Table with who is doing the tour

Hi guys,

first of all, sorry for my por english.

I make some modifications to the VA Aeroboteco (aeroboteco.com.br), is a brasilian VA with some friends who like to do simulation. I dont know if i can publish this modifications here, for all.

One of this modifications is this table with all pilots who is doing the same tour. And if, the pilot are loged in the system, he can do the report in the same page of  tour detail.

How can i proceed, to publish this files to who want it?
