Bug reports / Rank Settings
« on: April 24, 2020, 05:12:40 AM »
It works properly, but I would like the following would be possible:

I want a Pilot to pass an exam when he/she reaches the minimum hours for next rank.
I would like the rank would not change automatically letting he/she stay with the same rank til the moment of doing the exam.

I've tried:

rank1 min 0h / max 50h
rank2 min 40h / max 100h
(letting to continue flying 10 hours at rank1 without doing the exam, but didn't work, when he/she does 40h the rank automatically changes)

I wouldn't mind if I had to change ranks manually as required, cos I guess is easier to "disable" the automatic changes than creating php codes to do the work.

Could anyone tell me which is the file linked to this?

Thanks in advance!

Hi there!

I looked up posts related to the posibility to upload files to VAM, like an Airline Operation Manual.pdf so that your pilots could download them from Pilot Actions / Download section.

Is this already posible?

If  it's not... I could upload a file to some host but then how could I introduce the link in that section?

Thanks in advance

Hola gente, instalé todo tal cual se explica en un video tutorial. El VAM funciona perfecto y me deja logear, el tema es q se ve mal, y con dos mensajes php en la pagina, uno arriba de todo y otro abajo de todo.

Notice: A non well formed numeric value encountered in /storage/ssd3/486/12936486/public_html/asd2/vam/captcha/simple-php-captcha.php on line 63
Fui al archivo php en cuestión, aunque no entiendo nada de desarrollador, pero encontré en la línea 63 de ese archivo que dice:

 srand(microtime() * 100);

Tendrá algo que ver con que la página se vea mal?

El mensaje de abajo de todo dice:

There was an error running the query [table 'id12936486_caratula.web_configurations' doesn't exist]

Dejo el link para que observen

Hi there, i'm spanish speaker but i've noticed english topics get more replies. So i'm sorry if I'm not quite clear.

I've installed VAM v 2.6.2 as spected (my first version installed so did'nt need a fix), and it seems to work well. But the only thing is that it looks disorganized and have some php messages.

I don't get along with php but managed to look for the source of the problem an here it is.

Msg: Notice: A non well formed numeric value encountered in /storage/ssd3/486/12936486/public_html/asd2/vam/captcha/simple-php-captcha.php on line 63

In simple-php-captcha.php line 63 stads:
srand(microtime() * 100);

What do i have to change there?
Has this problem anything to do with the view problem?

at the bottom of the page, another msg:
There was an error running the query [table 'id12936486_caratula.web_configurations' doesn't exist]
